1. Nature of Referral & Dispatch Service
Roof Expert USA is an emergency dispatch and contractor marketing referral service. Roof Expert USA does not hold contracting licenses, does not perform contracting labor, does not employ roofing crews, and does not sell roofing materials. We act strictly as an intermediary connecting property owners with independent, third-party licensed roofing contractors operating in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, and surrounding Minnesota jurisdictions.
2. Independent Contractor Agreements
All contracts for inspection, diagnostic testing, emergency tarping, low-pressure steam ice dam removal, and permanent reroofing are formed directly and exclusively between the property owner and the independent roofing contractor dispatched to the property. Roof Expert USA is not a party to any contract, warranty, or financial transaction between you and the dispatched contractor.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Roof Expert USA, its parent entities, officers, directors, or employees be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the work, performance, delays, omissions, or negligence of independent third-party contractors referred through our platform.
4. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
